Pero tambien debe de haber reciprocidad. esto es, que los reembolsos no se tarden meses en ser enviados al investigador. Y que los cheques pesonales enviados al CID no se tarden meses (muchos) en ser depositados y cobrados (algo que el reglamento de la UPR exige y no se cumple).
